Allan Neave hat mit vielen bekannten Musikern wie etwa Hans Werner Henze und Stephen Dodgson zusammen gearbeitet, und ist ein gern gesehener Solist bei vielen der international führenden Klassikevents wie z.B. Sonorities, der Bath und Cheltenham Festivals. Er ist künstlerischer Leiter des Dundee International Guitar Festivals und erhielt den Scotland on Sunday Glenfiddich ® Spirit of Scotland Award for Music. Zuletzt war Allan Neave Senior Lecturer in Strings an der Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow.
